Evaluation of action plan tactics should be evaluated monthly at coalition meetings to determine the effectiveness. Ask simple questions such as:

• What went well?
• What didn’t go well?
• Level of difficulty to perform tactic?
• What was the community response?
• Should we keep this tactic?
• Should we adjust this tactic?

Further Evaluation

Quarterly evaluation of awareness and community involvement or progress made in improving community readiness. The full action plan should be evaluated yearly when Community Readiness Assessment is conducted.
