A data workgroup should consist of at least 3 members and grow as large as your community requires. The data workgroup will review the submissions of the readiness assessment conducted in lesson 6. They will put together a final report of the findings and present to the core workgroup for action plan crafting. This special workgroup should include 3 roles:

1. Main point of contact and decision maker
2. Someone good with numbers and data entry
3. Someone good with drawing conclusions from numbers
