Your coalition core workgroup can be seen as the “movers” of your prevention work. The core workgroup should consist of 4-7 people and fill the following roles. Members can take on more than one responsibility as needed. The main roles are:

1. Lead Coordinator (Prevention specialist, main decision maker/approver)
2. Marketing Coordinator (Messaging and creative)
3. Events/PR Coordinator (Communication and event planning)
4. Financial Coordinator (Budgeting and funding)
5. Community Coordinator (Community member outreach and support)
