Meet with your coalition and make a list of 3-5 near term goals you can hit with the event engagement or ways to stay engaged with community members while you plan your next event.

Don’t forget about event retrospective

Post-event, make sure to discuss how things went with your workgroup members and executive committee. Are there things that when better than expected? Things that were unexpected obstacles? What could have been better? What did you learn and what can you implement in your next event?
